Programme Overview
The programme introduces some of the complex issues involved in determining
and controlling appropriate international remuneration. It reviews
different approaches and examines how they may fit with different
company requirements in terms of evolution and culture. It also provides
practical information, including checklists, and advice on how to
manage international remuneration, where to find the data you need
to manage assignments and how to access appropriate sources of advice
and guidance. Various practical exercises and case studies are used
to provide practical insights and experience.
