Pan Africa Network Meeting & Training
January 2008 - Johannesburg

A formal launch event for IRCC Africa Pty Ltd will be held in Johannesburg on Tuesday 22 January at the Protea Wanderers Hotel. This will take the form of an open meeting of the Pan Africa Network, a network for multinational organisations with extensive interests across the Africa region. The theme for this meeting will be:

"How to be Compete for Talent in an International Environment"

There will be presentations both from ircc members and from external speakers as well as Q&A sessions from the floor.

Full programme details will be sent out in the near future but the day will include sessions on Reward in Africa including retention mechanisms, Medical Programmes / Benefits and Pensions.

performance management"

Programme Overview

In today's highly competitive global marketplace organisations achieving the greatest success are those that are able to attract, retain and motivate the right calibre of people. Therefore, the approach companies take to managing reward and performance plays a major part in determining the level of success they achieve in this direction.

This training programme looks at how companies can introduce competency-based processes simply, quickly and effectively and how their reward systems can reinforce the competency approach.
